The interface and functionality are designed to be both pleasing to the eye  to look at and intuitive to use. 

The basic screen text and fields of the interface are set by the administrator and access to all pages and data can be controlled to allow each user to see only the data to which they have permission.    The user can further refine what they see and with a simple right click of the mouse the user can  customise the screens to present the right information that best suits their work activities.
